Pingg!
A few months ago I signed up for Pingg to design some e-cards and invites for fun. I thought it would be a great way to gain more exposure and allow me to use my drawings in a different way. I have to say I really enjoy designing e-cards and invites for people to use for all their special occasions and holidays. It's a great little thing to do and a great way to meet new artists!
Check out my Pingg gallery and new holiday card. Send a little Christmas to a loved one today!-Danielle

I have just started to fill it up with the theme, "it is winter where you are." Check out a few images from my book and my profile page. :) Happy Drawing and Happy Holidays!

Behind the scenes!
I am very excited that my African-American Christmas cards are now available for you all to purchase! The idea to start my own card company focusing on the African-American culture came about a few years ago. Ever since then I've been walking around with images floating around in my head about what I wanted to draw for the cards. However, when I sat down this past October to do them different images came out! :) I decided to start with Christmas! I think many of my illustrations came from my own experience of the holidays as a kid and as an adult. I always had a wild imagination as a kid about the holidays, the snow and Santa Claus. During the coming months I will be adding new additions to my card line!

Down By The Water: San Fran
This past summer I had the pleasure of traveling to San Francisco! As a kid I imagined riding up and down those big giant hills! On our first day there we spent the day at Fisherman's Wharf and I was immediately attracted to the trolley cars!! Here is a little drawing I did that warm summer day back in June.
